 3. Event & Ticket Sales

All event tickets created or sold through E-Kendra are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. E-Kendra is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or disputes.

 4. Payment Failures

If a payment is deducted due to a technical error but the service is not activated, the issue will be reviewed and resolved. This does not guarantee a refund.
