At E-Kendra, we want you to be completely satisfied with our hosting services. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, so we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

2. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee

3. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our 15-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within 15 days of the initial purchase date.
• The account must not have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., hosting illegal content, spamming).
• The refund is only applicable to the first purchase of a hosting plan. Renewals are not eligible.
• Domain registration fees are excluded.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Domain Name Registrations: Once a domain is registered, the fee is paid to the registrar and cannot be refunded.
• SSL Certificates: Premium SSL certificates are non-refundable.
• Dedicated IP Addresses: Fees for dedicated IPs are non-refundable.
• Add-on Services: Any extra services purchased (like paid migrations or custom development) are non-refundable.
• VPS and Dedicated Servers: Due to the high setup costs, VPS and Dedicated servers are not covered by the 15-day guarantee.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Log in to your Client Dashboard.
• Open a new Support Ticket in the Billing department.
• Use the subject "Refund Request - [Your Domain Name]".
• Provide a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (optional but helpful).

6. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card). Please note that your bank may take an additional 2-5 business days to reflect the amount in your account.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank/credit card company instead of contacting us directly, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact our support team first so we can resolve your issue quickly.
