Please note that refunds do not apply to domain registrations, SSL certificates, or dedicated IP addresses, as these are non-refundable third-party services.

You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your account. You agree not to use our services to host or distribute:

• Illegal material, including copyrighted content without permission.
• Malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Spam, phishing sites, or fraudulent activities.
• Adult content or content that promotes violence.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

6. Uptime Guarantee

We strive to provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee. However, we are not liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, network issues beyond our control, or force majeure events. If uptime falls below our guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits.

7. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your client dashboard. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in abusive behavior towards our staff, or fail to make timely payments.

In no event shall E-Kendra be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our services.
